Empathic Anger Management is a respectful, brief therapy which assumes that rage problems stem from simply being unable to process life's experiences rather than wilful, sexist behaviour or faulty thinking. It involves engaging in a one hour a week for ten weeks warm, empathic and respectful relationship where you discuss life experiences which have been difficult to come to terms with and are supported to develop or recover your natural ability to process life's experiences (in other words - to feel as well as think things through).
